Steve Donohue Joins FierceMarkets Telecom Team

WASHINGTON, DC – July 27, 2011 – FierceMarkets (http://www.fiercemarkets.com) announced today that it has welcomed veteran editor, Steve Donohue, to the company’s telecom team as part of its continued growth in the wireline market. Donohue joins the company as Editor of FierceCable.

A veteran journalist and editor, Donohue has been covering business and Internet video since 1996, and writes mostly about advances in cable, interactive TV and Web video technology. Prior to joining Fierce, Donohue has written for Light Reading Cable, Multichannel News, CableFax, Interactive TV Today, and other industry publications.

Donohue will oversee content for the FierceCable Web site, the newsletters, and handle special editorial features. He joins a team who reaches more than 375,000 readers through its ten publications.
